A rich light-medium roast with layered notes of date, red delicious apple, and molasses, complemented by subtle grapefruit acidity. The heritage varietals create exceptional sweetness and complexity that showcases the distinctive character of Chiapas terroir.
Chiapas has a strong culture of organic production and cooperative farming, while also incorporating innovative processing methods and sustainable practices. The region combines environmentally sound, profitable coffee production with protection of important biosphere reserves, creating exceptional quality coffee from smallholder farms.
